Summary

The technology demonstration programme was disseminated today at KVK Kokrajhar premises to more than 35 numbers of RAWEP students under AAU, Jorhat as a part of exposure visit and gaining practical knowledge on scientific technologies. Proven scientific technologies implementated by KVK Kokrajhar help students to earn practical know how of agriculture science. KVK scientist Sri Goutom Bhagawati, SMS (plant protection) elaborated and demonstrated the technologies and economic return through 'Multi- storied cropping systems, different pests and diseases and its management, impact of INM, importance of natural farming and organic farming etc. All the office staff of KVK, Kokrajhar actively participated in the said event.
